Beatings and salivations one and all!!! Welcome to the IWII. So, let's just start with the basics. The IWII is my brain child (with much help fine tuning and refining ideas and rosters from a select group of friends) for something a little different. the IWII will be what I call an "open-forum" wrestling fed. The first and most obvious question (I would hope, lol) is who can participate? The answer is YOU!! Anyone can grab the dice, pick a roster and roll a card.
Each fed will have it's own complete roster (brought to you courtesy of my friends tireless efforts and unflagging ability to put up with my whining) and brief bio. Spots on the roster were determined by lists I received from each of them and are for starting off/booking purposes. You may not agree with everyone's "spot" on the roster, so grab the dice and see if they will help you prove us wrong.
The concept is simple enough. No one owns any of these rosters, they are simply territories and feds in need of bookers. If you want to roll cards for them consistently, once a month, once a year, it doesn't matter. Some feds may get a LOT more action than others, some might sit idle for long stretches. But, at the end of the day, it is us, the fans of LOW, that will move them along. When booking out cards, the only requirement/request is try to build off of what is happening currently. You might play 3 cards in a row, come back 2 days later and discover that someone or someones else has played another card or cards building from what you have done. There is NO obligation or time constraints, have fun with it, build off your own and others work, and enjoy what happens when multiple people book the same fed!!
I have made it simple enough to post, you do not even have to be a member of the board! Guests are fully encouraged to enjoy, to post and to play!! (This might have to change at a later date if we start seeing spammers coming in, but until then, no membership/sign-up is required, though it IS strongly encouraged, lol)
Now, there is soon to be coming a list of "Free Agents" that will be accessible to any and all feds at any given time. Once they are up, feel free to use them anywhere and everywhere. Also, each month I or one of the other admin will be rolling on a chart designed to keep fresh blood moving between the feds. This is to keep rosters fresh and all of us on our booking toes. So make sure at the beginning of each month to check the roster to make sure who is gone, who has stayed and who has come to play!
In this General Guidelines forum a list of all territory rosters has been added. Now you can look at each fed in one place to decide which you want to run some matches in without having to go into each individual forum.
The most important thing to remember here is HAVE FUN!!! Enjoy the work of others, add your own creative touch and watch the magic unfold!!
I hope this explains what I have envisioned for the IWII, but if there are questions about anything I have forgotten to explain or mention (and I have NO doubt there is something, lol), please post those questions on te Questions thread so they can be addressed.
So for now, sit back, grab the dice, enjoy and in the next few hours/days, all rosters and bios will be posted and ready. Once the roster is posted for a fed, feel free to start!!
