Iron Sheik def. Mark Briscoe*** (piledriver)
The Sheik was not impressed with Briscoes red neck routine. He told Briscoe that he was an imposter Brisco, and that he was happy he made him humble.
Ted Dibiase*** def. Brent Albright**** (Million Dollar Sleeper)
Great Match! This one went over 20 minutes... Dibiase tried to lock his sleeper in several times, and Albright finally ran out of gas.
Fire Ant def. 'Superstar' Sean Davis* (Beach Break)
Davis never laid a hand on the agile Arthropod. Fire Ant ran circles around him and got an easy victory.
Killer Kowalski def. Sara Del Rey* (Claw Hold)
The Queen was just totally overcome by the power of Killer Kowalski... Del Rey just had never had a chance.
Semi-Finals
Killer Kowalski** def. Fire Ant (Claw Hold)
Kowalski dominates once again, manhandling the smaller man and winning in short order.
Iron Sheik def. Ted Dibiase* (Foreign Object in Corner)
Dibiase was in control, when the Iron Sheik used a metal rod he had stashed the corner and knocked him out cold.
3rd Place
Ted Dibiase def. Fire Ant* (Pin with Ropes)
Fire Ant flew around the ring like an Ant possessed, but didn't do enough damage. Dibiase flattened him with a yakuza kick and used the ropes to finish him off.
Finals
Killer Kowalski def. Iron Sheik** (Claw Hold)
The bigger, stronger opponent was no obstacle to Kowalski, who ran through the Sheik just as easily as he had his previous two opponents, truly a dominating performance!
